上期回顾

上周讲了“盆水杀人”的故事，盆水杀人，又叫门人捐水。

春秋战国年间，齐国国君有一个好朋友叫夷射，一年冬天，齐王叫夷射到宫里喝酒，二人对饮，你一杯我一杯，一杯又一杯，喝的是前仰后合，畅快淋漓。

一直喝到大半夜，齐王喝到高兴处，送给夷射一个好东西，一个装满了宫廷美酒的酒葫芦，打开盖子一闻，醇香无比。

夷射感激涕零，叩头谢恩。

然后腰间挂着酒葫芦，晃晃悠悠告辞而去。

夷射喝了一肚子酒，感到内急，来到宫门口，用力拍动宫门。

看宫门的是一个姓刖的老头，他打开宫门，看到夷射腰间的酒葫芦，便说道：

“夷大人，你已经酒醉至此，你这葫芦里酒肯定是喝不下去了，小人从未尝过御酒，能不能把这御酒赏我一些呢？”

夷射听完，勃然大怒。！

一甩袖子，朝地上吐了一口痰。

“你算什么东西，不知道天高地厚，这是齐王赏赐给我的，你也配喝御酒？”

转身扬长而去。

看着夷射远去的背影，看门老头急了。

“怎么着，瞧不起我是吧！今天我就让你看看我的厉害。”

看门老头回到耳房，端出一盆水，看左右无人，便走到墙角，将一盆水泼到墙上。转身回屋睡觉。

第二天一早，在宫门正门口墙角，一个大冰坨子产生了，蹭光发亮、白的冒尖，古人特别迷信，认为这种现象为避主不祥。

齐王知道后，大怒：“给我彻查，严惩不贷！”

看门老头三步并作两步，跪倒在地报告：

“君上，我知道冰是哪儿来的，昨晚就你跟你的好朋友夷射在喝酒，您的好朋友夷射，昨晚酒后出宫门，乘我开门之时，他站在墙角撒了一泡尿，还边撒尿边吹口哨呢。”

感想一：盆水杀人的故事，从表面上看，是说不要轻易得罪小人，但更深层次的意思，是不管对方是何身份，都不要口出恶言。拒绝有很多种方法，但不一定非要用伤人的方式去实现。其实不止是拒绝，在生活和工作中，任何目的的沟通都需要讲究策略。有时候，意思相同的两句话，可能只是改变了表达方式，对方就更容易接受，说话者也更容易实现自己的目标，皆大欢喜，何乐而不为呢？

感想二：中国文化博大精深，要没有好的导师对于所有内容认识也会不同。各种各样的书籍，没有好的指导可能走好多弯路，名师指导让我们更加快速成长。

韩非（约公元前280年—公元前233年），又称韩非子，战国末期韩国新郑（今属河南）人。中国古代思想家、哲学家和散文家，法家学派代表人物。
